2. Institutional Services & Eligibility

CMB Online provides elite wealth management, corporate accounts, and liquidity solutions. To be eligible for an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Complete our comprehensive identity verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete corporate or personal information.

3. Account Security & Discretion

As a private client, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, institutional PINs, and authentication tokens. CMB Online utilizes military-grade encryption, but any unauthorized access resulting from client negligence remains the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4. Financial Transactions & Cryptocurrencies

All deposits, withdrawals, and crypto-asset transfers are subject to clearing times and institutional verification. CMB Online reserves the right to place a temporary administrative hold on any transaction flagged by our security systems (e.g., ASCD, HDF codes) pending manual review by your assigned concierge.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, digital architecture, logos, and proprietary trading algorithms hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of CMB Online. Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While CMB Online operates with the highest degree of fiduciary responsibility, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market volatility, unforeseen network outages, or sovereign regulatory changes.
